Per their website: Pets are not allowed on Saturday in East River State Park, due to New York State Park rules. Only ADA companion animals will be permitted. Pets, including dogs, are welcome at the Sunday market in Prospect Park.
The website may say no pets But, I saw a few people with small pets. In fact on the line I saw one lady had her dog in a carry bag.
