Where does the compost get processed? I peered in the bin and noticed it was plastic and not food scraps. Wondering if I should just take my garbage home or if urbanspace has good waste integrity

I'm unsure, but I did see numerous people come by and sort as they checked the bins for fullness and as they took them out.

Do any of the vendors provide gluten free options? And if so, is it easy to figure out the options from their menus?

Its loud, but you can hear someone else through the chatter. Especially if you sit on the outskirts of the restaurant
