There is wheelchair access on the west side of the building on a ramp. The interior elevator does not land on the Pony floor unfortunately. But everyone has access.

No, Painted Pony is between floors, there are about 6 steps up. The elevator does NOT stop on that floor. It stops on the floor above & below. I worked in the building.
