You have to reach temple before 5Pm and buy ticket for car pooja....
Its depends upon temple events.better to cal temple authority before visiting temple
Car puja is done in evening
Temple timing also applies ...but i have hardly seen any vehicle pooja done in the evening..Worth a check again
