Both buildings are the same afaik. Parking for 15 bank on the 1st level of the garage has most of the reserved and pay for parking spots while 25 has more residential parking on its side and the 2nd level is mostly all resident parking. This becomes an issue as the elevators are divided. 3 elevators, all 3 go from lobby up, 2 go from 1st garage floor up, and 1 goes from 2nd level garage up. It's a hassle
