Great experience at the store! The store manager helped me print my wedding programs and place cards for my wedding. I had trouble submitting the online order so I sent the files directly to the store and described what I was looking for. The printing job was done within 24 hours and the print on card stock looked very high quality. This store was a lifesaver as I approached my wedding!

You absolutely need to stop advertising you have a notary. Tricking people to come in will not increase sales. No one will suddenly say “oh wow let me buy a cardboard box since I’m here already”.

If you are frustrated by people using your store to return Amazon packages then stop the service but don’t be rude to customers when they have questions. I appreciate that you are not Amazon but you now serve as the front line representative. You did not represent them well today nor did you represent UPS well. I will think twice before coming again for both Amazon returns and UPS services.
