Yes to eat inside, you can eat outside but they have this weird policy that you have to leave your ID and Credit Card with them if you eat outside. I bailed, seemed very weird to me.
When i went they only checked if 1 person was and i was a party of 2...but overall i would say yes

I have went to the SEA 3 Times and each time they would ask either for your Vax ID or a letter from your doctor proving a COVID19 NEGATIVE REPORT. I could had eaten outside, but because I had my note, I was allowed to eat INSIDE. The Food is AWESOME!👌😋 SO, If you go there, or with friends, they should have either/or.. Enjoy!
Yea..to eat inside u need to show the card..or email ...and its worth going inside. To eat outside you won't need it.
