It's a booking fee, it is not charged ahead of time, just used to reserve. If you show up, you dont lose anything, however if you dont show up without canceling with adequate time then u are charged $10 per person in the reservation. Some places its more but its not just common to Sea
Never heard of paying a fee and I always reserve.
I think the Fee is Ridiculous plus if you don't show up they will charge your card $10.00 per person. I don't think the reservation fee going into dinner. The last time I visited I didn't make a reservation and got a table and it was a Saturday night.
