Usually people line up in front of door. A staff will take down your info then call you in once table is available.
No. I don't even think they take reservations for wknd dim sum. People just line up outside the door. Frankly, it is a historical and famous place, but the dim sum is not nearly as good as other places in Flushing or Chinatown.
