Yes, they do have an adoption service, which is run by volunteers with Last Chance Animal Rescue. But unfortunately, it is difficult to communicate with the volunteers who handle the adoptions; at least that has been my experience. You can only communicate with the volunteers by e-mail, or occasionally by chance, if a volunteer is there when you happen to be in the store. There is no place to just leave a handwritten note, if you have a question, or want to express your interest in adoption. In my case, I submitted my written application to adopt, and it took nearly a month for them to get back to me, and tell me that they viewed my adoption request as being incomplete! The particular defects were both debatable, and easily corrected at my end. Hopefully now, I will be able to adopt a cat---but I am still waiting to hear back from them. In fairness, the pandemic has negatively affected the adoption process in various ways. So I guess my advice would be to be patient.
