When I dropped off my dog I was told he'd be ready in about 3 hours. When almost 4 hours had passed I called & was told he was on the table right then. By the time I picked him up, it had taken 4.5 hours. So you'd think he'd have a great cut, right? Look at the photos yourself. I told the groomer I couldn't tip, since they didn't give me a heads up about it taking longer I had to cancel another commitment at the last minute. The groomers response? "Fine, I don't care." The manager, Anna, gave me a mumbled "sorry". Worst $96 I've ever spent. No one knows how to communicate at this store.

Sorry no idea. Call your local store. If they don't carry it someone in their reptile Dept may be able to tell you where to go for the best deal.
Yes, they do sometimes have kittens to adopt, and also adult cats--- but there are also problems with the adoption process, that I note with more detail in my answer to another question posed, below. They really need to make it easier for members of the public to communicate with the volunteers who handle the adoptions. In fairness, I think a lot of these difficulties stem from having to cope with the Covid pandemic. But they do need to improve communications between the volunteers, and members of the public wishing to adopt!
Hi, you can just go there and enroll yoir dog on a monthly plan, there are 3 plan options. I think the cheapest one cost $30 and they will make everyrhing you need for your dog. Even if you dont have money they will help you. Please take your dog ASAP there. You may dont wanna lose your best friend.
Yes, they do have an adoption service, which is run by volunteers with Last Chance Animal Rescue. But unfortunately, it is difficult to communicate with the volunteers who handle the adoptions; at least that has been my experience. You can only communicate with the volunteers by e-mail, or occasionally by chance, if a volunteer is there when you happen to be in the store. There is no place to just leave a handwritten note, if you have a question, or want to express your interest in adoption. In my case, I submitted my written application to adopt, and it took nearly a month for them to get back to me, and tell me that they viewed my adoption request as being incomplete! The particular defects were both debatable, and easily corrected at my end. Hopefully now, I will be able to adopt a cat---but I am still waiting to hear back from them. In fairness, the pandemic has negatively affected the adoption process in various ways. So I guess my advice would be to be patient.
