This company is a scam! Took our money and after telling us all our items were in stock, now nothing was in stock. They lie to you just to make a commission. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Happened to us we have been waiting for months after two reselections and months of waiting incomplete delivery

I agree, I had very bad experience too, in store they shown good quality, after months of waiting and re-selection delivered misaligned couch, after they did not allow to post 1 star on their website for Camden Dark Gray Sofa, which kept coming in parts

I totally agree! My furniture has been paid off already and I have yet to have a new couch and recliner at the same time. Poor quality resulting in replacements I am waiting for on what I assume is a slow boat from China. Just last night I had to have a City tech subcontractor come in because once again a recliner that a 58 pound dog sits in is bent again The gentleman was poorly dressed, had an umdescript car and NO credentials. I would not recommend them or Ashley because they are the same company. Terrible communication and constant lies!

Jairette Lyro, I didn't have any problem with City Furniture, they never asked for money up front. I paid my furniture, and they delivered on time as promise. Sorry! I had a different experience with them. I don't consider them scammers, it is a reputable Company. Tell them to reimburse your money!
