Then cooperate told they get in trouble if they have that information when I call them back they should be ashamed that if store managers can't take care of the issue. Then what do you go higher that is with any company lowes home depot Costco Walmart any company then answer they pick and take of the issue but city furniture there CEO does not care about his customers even there VP no call backs all anything if you here and something goes wrong you are on your own. Wife is made at me for taking her there piss off I don't blame her.

It's the same at most furniture stores now. I've been told it's due to shipping delays. Best bet is to go to their outlet and purchase what is actually in stock. I've opted to do that instead of buying online only to find out that my items aren't coming for anotherfew months.

Only safety practice I seen was hand sanitizer on the desk, in front of the store. People and employees are wearing masks. A lot of customers shopping with less employees helping out. I guess that's why I didn't get a salesperson following me.🤭😄

Yes. They have a large counter. Sales associates roam the floor instead of standing at the desk. I suggest you go there then get the sales reps cell phone #.
