Ethan Allen sent an excellent person to repair leg on newly delivered dresser. The repair is perfect! Kevin also cleaned a spot on a white linen Ethan Allen sofa that was damaged in a recent move. It looks like new!!! Two other companies came out and wouldn’t touch it. But Kevin did a test spot to see if he could remove it and wa-la — he was able to remove the entire stain from the cushion. 10 stars to Kevin — 5 aren’t enough😁

I purchased two new chairs for my formal living room. Donna was fantastic, her customer service is amazing, you can tell she loves what she does. I cant wait for my chairs to arrive. I had previously purchase a sofa from Ethan Allen that would match perfectly with my chairs. Thank you Donna for an amazing experience.

Just received our new sectional and we love it! Deborah was wonderful to work with as a design consultant. Our delivery was seamless - Kevin and Sixto were very kind and answered the few questions I had regarding how to move the sectional. All parties involved were extremely professional and kind. I purchase a swivel rocking chair from Ethan Allen about 8 years ago. There is a broken screw in the rocking mechanism. Is there any extended warranty on the rocking mechanism?

Not unless you purchased an extended warranty and even if you did if offered, an extended warranty would typically not extend past 5 years.
