Yes, the Jazz Parlor usely open around 7 depending on the show... I got there at 6 just to make sure my table was reserve for the show and dinner..They have a nice waiting area by the bar while you wait for the doors to be open.. enjoy

Possibly. You can double check by making a reservation in the right room. Theres Only one room you can hear the music in. I made a reservation in the music room... I don't remember the name of the room.
