How is parking set up im sort of disabled?

Its downtown philly, parking is definitely scattered. Whoever your going with, can pull up & let you out, then go park? Is an option? Hope this helps? 😊

On street parking however there is valet parking as well

If that is an issue I'd suggest uber there since they're able to drop you off at the front door.
