I guess you COULD....but I wouldn't. It's such an experience type of place...I just would at least wear jeans.
It depends. If it is a hot and humid summer night you can wear neat shorts with a nice collar shirt and neat sandals. Many tourists come here very casually dressed and other types who like to dress up, but in the summer things do get relaxed. Remember - neat looking! Other times of the year it is nice to dress up, as this is a special place.
