Like others have said, there's a parking lot. I would recommend and Uber or Lyft. Parking is crazy town otherwise.

Lyft or Uber (I found Lyft cheaper in DC).
If you like to walk you can park in the streets in Georgetown if you go few blocks up East towards, you'll be able to find a parking spot. Otherwise yes there is a parking lot right across from Philomena but it's quite expensive.
Taxi MUCH easier.
There is street parking if you're lucky and also a couple of underground parking lots close by.
