I don't think insurance is REQUIRED, but c'mon. We live in Minnesota. We have tornadoes, floods, straight-line winds, etc, ... Insurance is just a really good idea

Storage units are very helpful and provide space needed no matter the weather home size or neither sheltering personal belongings to be kept safe insurance recommended ......
