This facility is fantastic! We have had a space here for five years, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The current manager is beyond helpful, professional, and accommodating to our needs. Compared to other facilities we have seen in the area, this one excels and its cleanliness, availability of storing and packing materials, and ease of entry and exit. It also always has plenty of carts to move things to and from our vehicle.

Kitsha was very informational and very detailed in explaining the contract. She was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was also very professional. I appreciated all the time she spent with me and answered all of my questions. She took time to show me my storage space.

I have met the manager a few times and she is exceptional. The facilities are great, clean, and easy to use. Highly recommend this storage facility. If you are kind the manager is very fair and kind even on some very bad days. If you are not or put other units in danger she will quickly and effectively remediate the issue. I have a lot of trust in this facility. The biggest thing that impressed me was the manager. She was obviously having a rough day with some unruly tenants (I witnessed it myself). I then didn't make her life any easier by lacking planning and preventive communication. Despite having a rough day she was kind and professional. She also was very understanding of my moving chaos. This is the best marker of a quality business (and human) to me. I am happy to work with her again and the excellent facilities are a bonus.

Great experience with the New Hope, MN location! They were very informative, let me tour the facility and available units. I was able to secure storage while moving out of my house for exactly what I needed in record time. Highly recommend!
