My wife is 3 days away from being 37weeks pregnant and today she has been cramping for just about 2hrs. Is this a sign she is dilating and/or early labor?

It could be Braxton Hicks, but I would just always go in and check. If the cramps are far apart in time then it is unlikely she's in labor. If they're 5min apart or less and/or consistent then it's likely she's in labor.
