I got thru yesterday and spoke with someone and I explained the situation with their phones and virtual texting! But I did manage to file my extension! So call the 667 # and don't push 5
Unfortunately, the UI office is closed to the public. You need to contact the Claims Center in your area. You can find the locations on the Maryland Department of Labor website.
