Have been trying for MONTHS to contact this office by phone and every time I get hung up on. Why is there no way to contact a government funded office? Not even an opportunity to give a callback number or join a queue.

Ive actually gotten thru 4 times the past 2 weeks For some reason the call center has been getting better about answering phone calls you just have to keep trying to get through
