Why is it that I sent the requested documents over on 6-12 (state ID, and social security card) haven’t heard anything from U.E. Yet I called actually got through and was told my SSC is blurry and they don’t see where I sent my ID.

They will give you the run around about those pics being blurry, unfortunately you just have to resend it and wait.
