I can’t get anyone when I call I have been put on payment hold since 4/24 how do I reach someone to clear thus issue? I have emailed so many times and never get a response. Are there offices open? Someone please help

I'm having the same problem and No, the offices are not open to the public . I've emailed them as well and filled out my issues on there " Inquiry. Form " but still nothing . It tells you 5 - 10 business days but so far nothing . Try calling Fox 45 . They seem to help people . Goodluck.
