If my benefit year started on Dec 6 2020 and I didn't receive any benefits from dec 6- March 6 2021..due to them not updating my account I was on pua but they still had me as regular UI..I am still entitled to those benefits as well right?

I told by Maryland Unemployment that if submitted your claim before 9/4/21 you should still receive your 💰 money. My account has been locked 🔒for a month. I am 🙏praying and waiting.
