My appointment was August 18 and I'm still waiting for my pending payments
You can not just go to the office. You have to make an appointment and the next available appointment is in October. I am still waiting as well. They own my 9 payments and still can not do anything even after I went to my appointment and gave them everything they needed and asked for still nothing
