Hi William and welcome to Laguna Lakes. Our cable system is through Comcast. Just go to their Xfinity store on 6 Mile Cypress along with a closing statement showing you are the new owner. They will set you up with everything you need. - Gerard Marino / Cornerstone Coastal Properties

The cable company is Comcast. The HOA covers for connection connections 4 3 TVs. The internet is at your own expense. Hope this helps

Depends on if you are in the condo or house. It's in the hoh fees for the condos. Not sure about the house
