Drove to the 'older' section to the left where the condos are and backed into a mailbox because the streets are SO narrow and everyone parks out in the street!! NOT a very comfortable feeling neighborhood to be in, let alone drive through.

We bought a home here after staying the winter in fort Myers. Convenient to everything, nestled between but far enough away from two heavy traffic roads. Just 7 miles from the beach! Nice neighbors with well kept grounds and amenities.

Beautiful wildcat grounds. I went there because they requested some electrical work to be done on the premise.

Questions & Answers

I am wondering if there were any reports of Chinese Drywall being in any of the units in the pebble beach condos?

Hi Ed, Good question! Laguna Lakes was pretty much completed before the supply shortage caused the importing of drywall from China. In the 17 years I've been selling here, not a single case has been reported. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this it further. Thank you. Gerard 239-851-8883

Hello We will be new owners in just a few weeks. How does the cable system work and what companies are available. We are out of state at this time. We will be in Pebblebrook

Hi William and welcome to Laguna Lakes. Our cable system is through Comcast. Just go to their Xfinity store on 6 Mile Cypress along with a closing statement showing you are the new owner. They will set you up with everything you need. - Gerard Marino / Cornerstone Coastal Properties

The renter/owner pays it's own water in Lee County Utilities. HOA doesn't include water service.

Are renters allowed small pets? I have friends looking. Karen
