Parking fees have changed in 2022 and the first parking space is now $125 per month and a second space is now $200 per month.
There are three levels of garage parking for residents and guests (on the weekends). These are unassigned spaces - residents can pay monthly parking of $100/month for the first space, and $150/month for any additional spaces.
