Go to their website and download the forms for passport renewal and report of marriage. Fill out the forms but don't sign them yet. If you do, you'll have to get them notarized. Sign them in front of the consular officer. Bring 4 copies of everything along with the original.

My best answer is. Just like Philippines bring two copies of everything. The website is outdated and therefore not very accurate or helpful. Good luck!!!

I think you can do both at the sane time. Check their website for requirements and you can also schedule your appointment online to avoid a long wait.
