Yes you can ..you can get report of marriage same day if you arrive early and as stated earlier ..bring a priority mail envelope for return of passport ..usually takes 2 weeks ..Good Luck

Yes you can. Arrive early. You will not get your passport the same day. They will mail it to you so have a prepaid express envelope when you come.
