Yes they do sort of... They will do a tank exchange... Just set old tank outside go in and pay at customer service and they will give you a new tank... Some places you can use an automated machine outside... And just pay right there

Yes.. on a empty they will trade for a full tank.. expensive though... Better to find a place to refill
