Call animal control, that is animal abandonment and cruelty. They should have dropped if off at the animal shelter. I volunteer at an animal shelter and they say also call animal comtrol if believed that an animal is abandon
I would call animal control asap to do a check.that is not a proper way for a dog to live and be isolated.it deserves a good home.
I talked to Animal control. They told me they have been in touch with owner and will follow up with owner 1st of week. Hope everything works out for this poor dog. Thanks for input!
