well a couple of years ago a litter of wild kittens were reported, the control animal arrived and took them away, they said they were going to be evaluated to see if they had the possibility of being adopted and if not they would at least do what was necessary to check that they were well and if possible they will not reproduce anymore.

I think they find barns for the feral cats to live in and chase mice. The kiiens get fostered and rehabilitated.
