Normally pretty good but the lady at the front desk was unprofessional. I was being asked blatant questions regarding my appointment with little to no discretion in the lobby. On top of that I had gotten hit unexpectedly with a 300$ bill from here and was explaining my predicament. I know planned Parenthood has different options for people on lower income and instead of exploring those options I was basically told it is what it is and had to cancel my appointment. I still strongly believe in this organization as a whole but I'll no longer be using this clinic in the future.

They staff is lovely but trying to schedule an appointment is awful. Can't make it on the website and I have sat on the phone for 30 minutes multiple times trying to reach someone.
