Starting the 15th yes. I was there on Jan 3rd for the Wizard's. Game and I didn't have to but they changed it to January 15th everyone has to show proof of least 1 shot
Yes i was there for iheart radios jingle ball and u had to have proof that u are vaxed and or u tested negative in the last 24 hrs if you are not vaxed

You may have to now, u didn't in Dec buy I think all DC venues are now requiring them. It may also be dependent on what your going there for, such as for a concert yes but a Caps game no .. but I'd heard it was for all DC venues .. but those rules seem to be changing weekly.
