No other park in the city has been allowed to go that long "25" years without proper serving or repaving. Something definitely needs to be done about it.
I, myself can not answer that. I have seen on difference days of them closing the park street to work on it. But it get worst and worst. Its like they use dirty and water to fix it.
Because of the surroundings the city looks the other way does not really care...
