You don't need a card unless you're buying through the actual check out. So, pharmacy, food court, the optometrist are all for non members.

If you go in through the exit you can go straight to the food court and don't need a membership.
When you walk in you can tell them you are going to the pharmacy, you don't need a membership for the pharmacy. I have never been asked for card at the food court.
I've never had to show my membership card, just be sure to go in the exit.
