I enjoy shopping at Star Buds, and their rewards program makes it easy to get access to better pricing. But on my last visit, I used points but the receipt shows that I failed to get the discount advertised. This leaves me somewhat disappointed and discouraged. The website wasn't very helpful, either, in helping me determine what I can expect, and why I didn't get what I expected. Update: I was able to work with Amir to better understand, and I now see that I did get my full discounts. I have always received top-notch service and I am very satisfied with the discounts I receive from Star Buds, and they have earned my continued loyalty. Thanks for taking a few minutes out to clarify the receipt, and showing me that I did receive my full discount.
