They offer corned beef most of the time as an entree choice, so I don't see why they wouldn't have it on Sunday.

Nothing. The same food is available all day. It's a matter of them pricing based on what people eat. People tend to eat more for dinner as a general rule of thumb and thus, the price is higher for dinner than for lunch.

To my knowledge, a percentage is discounted off of the total.
