It is sad how much this location has declined. The new staff are rude. As customers we have patience that the pharmacy is short staffed and unexpectedly closed all the time. Yesterday, 4/20, the whole store was closed putting me without medication for 2 days. It is disrespectful for someone to hang up on people on the phone after a half hour and not able to access anyone there due to closings. Then the staff member, Raydine - yes this is how she spells her name, she called me a liar! Why in the world would anyone claim to be hung up on. This employee needs to learn patience and customer service!!! I am a quick speaker - imagine elders who speak slowly. I wasn't the only one complaining how I was treated on the phone this day. Then Raydine walked around the store talking to other employees about me instead of working with her team. The employee group would look at me. Liars always have to run around and spread more lies. It is a shame this is who this location employs. I never ever had issue at this location until today. Shame on Raydine and this location!

Do not patronize this pharmacy, they are terribly understaffed and terribly under motivated, I don't understand the point of capitalism when places like this exist, what is the point of economic survival of the fittest when awful, ineffective establishments are allowed to continue?? If I'm going to pay exorbitant prices for healthcare and basic necessities, I want them to at least be safe, effective, and convenient, but no, it's all terrible, and this Walgreens pharmacy is the worst of it. I LOATHE this place, the dingy lighting and old carpet, the half filled shelves reminiscent of a pre hurricane crush, the checkouts with zero line of sight and no means of contacting employees, forcing you to wander around the store looking for someone until you can awkwardly interrupt, the pharmacy, which has no means of guiding it's consistently long lines, causing splits down random aisles until you have three different lines trickling into one and no idea whose next, their computers have been outdated since the early 2000s and it very clearly shows, each keystroke is followed by ten to twenty seconds of vacant staring, although perhaps that's not the computers fault, the staff here is somehow both condescending and clueless? Every interaction is awkward and uncomfortable, from thirty year old white dudes to Mexican grandmothers, they are somehow able to confuse and ostracize every customer that approaches their smudged plastic window. Very frequently only one register is open with more than five people waiting, and now the pharmacy is closed on the weekend?? What is this place???? How can this place exist??? How can a place like this continue on??? Where is the free market?? How can you supply medicine and be open mostly during working hours, a three hour window after work in which every single person goes to Walgreens? And people are okay with this??? I beg of you, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE how can we expect a society based on the free market to survive if we don't exercise our power over these types of abominable establishments. Anyway, this place is terrible, do not go there, go literally anywhere else, if your only option is this pharmacy, I'd say it's worth it to roll the dice and just not take your medicine, the alternative is too painful.

Shopping inside is always quick and easy, but the pharmacy is a nightmare. They don't update the system consistently with prescription status, so I always have to call to check on medications. The automated system insists that you talk to the robot. The wait is always long. I suspect the issues are because the pharmacy is incredibly short-staffed, but this location is a time suck for picking up medications.
