A friends baby got taken by her sisters ex girlfriend & even going through court the baby hasn't been returned (left out of town) what is next step to get her child so she doesn't be another Kamiyah Mobley. This lady has habit of taking others kids

She went to police when it 1st happened and they didn't do anything. Every person she talks to gives her the runaround basically. She's at the courthouse every week trying to figure out what to do and no one is helping her fully
