If the title is an out of state title, you will need to bring the vehicle with you for a VIN verification. You will also need the bill of sale, title completely signed over to you or lien holder information, and proof of valid FL insurance.
You will need all of your paperwork for that vehicle, maybe mail here in Duval for update on address change. Make sure you are in line by 8:00. It is long but they get you in before 8:30.
