Living rooms are way to small for the money asking but rest of the town home is nice

I am currently in the process of buying a Townhouse in Red Hawk Village. I looked at the model in December and instantly loved the house design and the community location. I also felt very comfortable with the atmosphere and layout of the Red Hawk Village community. I felt it was an excellent place to live. My home consultant, Terra Joudon, was also very professional, friendly and helpful in describing the attributes of the Townhouse and the community. She has kept me aware of all the building details and answered all my questions. As of today, all is going well and I should be moving into my house in early May. My only issue was not being able to get the builder to install a matching ceiling fan in my second bedroom. See you soon Red Hawk Village residents.
