Brad the pharmacy tech would not fill prescription for Pantoprozole!! Told us the insurance would not pay for it - we said we would . Then he spoke to Ponce the pharmacist and Ponce told us that ethics would not allow him to fill prescription because the patient had used the acid reflux drug too soon. The gastroenterologist Dr Naser had sent refill for patient for Pantoprozole well aware the patient due to emergency had to double up in dose ! Why would Brad and Ponce refuse to fill this prescription truly laughable about ethics since Ponce said write prescription yourself since you are Dr . That would be illegal!! Why would that be necessary the gastroenterologist Dr had sent refill …authorization to Publix Harbor place . We ask Publix to release video of incident all public can decide whether there was discrimination involved in this case …

All of the staff at this pharmacy are so wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable, caring. We can’t say enough positive things. It is a pleasure to get our prescriptions filled here. Highly recommend.

Im surprised all the 5 star ratings for the Pharmacy - maybe the high ratings are for the store? which is great btw, but the pharmacy is horrible! The workers are rude, never apologize for long waits. And every time Ive gone in there to get a script there has always been someone else in front of me angry about the wait time and rudeness also. Will not go back to this pharmacy.
