She also help us find the cheapest way out of there. Overall the place is easy in and out with great customer service.

I fully understand were you are saying. They are a complete SCAM and AREN'T willing to REFUND you. They variety of glasses sucks and the big woman. Who runs/ manage the place is b¡*©*¥... They WILL NEVER SCAM ME AGAIN!

They kind of trick you so before you have the exam ask them which glasses you can choose from to get the deal. There are only like 6 pairs. All of the other frames are buy one get one but then you pay for lenses and if you want no line bi-focals.
