If you're title is electronically held, you will need to order a paper copy in order to sell the vehicle. You can order a paper copy at www.gorenew.com.
No, if you requested a paper title rather than an electronic title then you'll have to wait. The only way would be to spend about $90 and go to a tax collectors office to request a duplicate or replacement. I recently had to do this to use my BMW as collateral for a loan as I had signed my name on my paper title and my bank considered it damaged. $90 and an hour later = brand new paper title. Mind you I had my original paper title on hand to give to the tax collector.
