You do not need an appointment. However, we highly recommend that you "Join the Line" on our website before arriving at the branch. You will use a cell phone number to place yourself in line, and you'll receive text message updates when it is getting close to your turn to be served. You can wait at home, at work, or anywhere you'd like.
It's best to call and schedule an appointment. If going there expect wait time of two hours the way they have their little system.
