Thank you for your question. You would need to contact the court. Our office requires a court order to change a birth certificate that already has a father named on the certificate. Once the order is completed by the court the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics will be forwarded a certified copy of the court order allowing this office to modify the birth certificate.

I would check with an attorney or the Duvall county court system. Probably will need a court order.
